You must create a customer account to keep track of all your orders. If you have further questions about your account, please contact us via our contact form.

Our payment provider Banque Populaire ensures a convenient and safe payment process directly « 3D Secure » in the check-out process. The debit of your bank account implies the success of your order.


PayPal

You will need a free PayPal account. Fill out informations necessary for log in on your account or to register you again. Choose your method of payment and confirm the payment. Afterward, we shall receive a confirmation of PayPal and we shall send you your purchase as soon as possible.


Bank transfert

After we’ve received your order successfully, we’ll send you an automatic order confirmation via Email. There you will find the amount due and our bank details. Please note your order number as payment reference so we can connect your payment to your order as quickly as possible.

Check

This method of payment is longer since the realization of order will be effective only when the check will be validated by our provider (Banque Populaire). The delivery of your order will be even more delayed.

 

Redeem a voucher

You can redeem your voucher at the end of your order (in “shopping cart”) by entering your voucher code in the “Voucher” field. Only one voucher can be redeemed for each order. If you have serveral vouchers and would like to combine them, please use our contact form to ask us how to do.

How modify my order ?

You can only change your order, if you haven’t paid yet. In this case, please contact us through our contact form.

If you’ve paid your products directly in the order process, there’s unfortunately nothing we can change subsequently, as your order is immediately forwarded to our shipping providers during the processing procedure.

How to cancel my order ?

If you’ve already paid, there is unfortunately no possibility to cancel your order. If you’ve chosen bank transfer as your method of payment, but haven’t transfered the amount yet, we can still cancel your order. In this case please fill out our contact form.

 Status of my order

Go to your account at the "My Orders" tab.
Click on Details and you will see the status of your order.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email each time your order changes.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

The watch you have just customized will be custom made. It is unique.

The delivery time is 15 days.

For bracelets, the delay is less than 5 days.

Your package will be picked up and shipped safely and quickly by COLISSIMO. Of course we are trying to process your order as quickly as possible.

Deliveries outside the European Union may result in customs fees and taxes.

We ship to the following countries of UE.

The shipping costs amount to 6 euros whatever their mode: At home (with or without signature) or at a relay point (La Poste or Pickup)

How change my address ?

Changing your address is just in some cases possible. Our Service Crew can tell you, if we are able to change your address. Use our contact form to ask us how to do.

Revocation

The watch you just ordered will be made to order. She is unique. So you cannot request an order cancellation or exchange with another product that you would have customized.

On the other hand, if you have bought one or more bracelets alone, use our contact form to ask us how to do.

 

Waranty & Complaint

Waranty

CHENEVEZ MONTRE produce, choice and assemble quality products. Warranty for defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of problem,use our contact form to ask us how to do.

Warranty does not cover

- Any kind of damage concerning the battery or straps of every kind

-Damage caused by incorrect usuage and accidents (e.g. shock, fall, high water intrusion, scratches on glas)

The warranty does not extend by unauthorized interference of the buyer or third party. The warranty period does not prolongue through taking use of the warranty. Neither can contamination of the product cause warranty claims.

Your nylon strap is washable in a washing machine. However, we recommend a cold wash.

For other straps and your watch, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water.
